If you haven’t heard either of Titus Andronicus’ first two albums (The Airing of Grievances and The Monitor) you should definitely check them out ASAP.  There’s a clear reason why this band’s been creating a lot of buzz.  Not only do they put out great recordings and put on a fantastic, exhausting live show, but they do it in the style of earlier punk greats like Black Flag and Minor Threat.  Sure, they probably haven’t caused nearly as many head injuries or heart attacks as the aforementioned, and they draw more heavily from classic rock influences.  But Titus show the same passion and love for their fans that shows you they’re definitely not in this business for money or press.  A group of fans over at their fan site titusandronic.us have made avaiable Feats of Strength, a compilation of pre-2010 demos, b-sides, and live tracks.  The album features Weezer and Modern Lovers covers, as well as lead singer Patrick Stickles’ solo version of “No Future.”  You can download the compilation in full or by individual track here.
